    Basic e-commerce platform    		 Consists of a self-contained product with full e-commerce functionality and ready to accept your products descriptions, availability and pricing, as well as your company logo and description.

       Options:     - Customisation of the website
       - Web site hosting
       - Addtional training and consulting

     SAVANT®.IVA
     Intelligent Virtual Advisor    		 Supports the acquisition of knowledge or expertise and the interactive access (via consultation) of this knowledge.  
       Requires: the Basic e-commerce website.    Includes: 2 days of training. 

       Options:    - Design of structure for storing expertise in the advisor    - Assistance with knowledge acquisition if required    - Additional training and consulting.

    Additional modules: Once the two basic modules in the Table above have been installed, other modules can be added to improve the capabilities of the intelligent virtual advisor, its management and the quality or versatility of the business solutions it can support.

     Knowledge Management for  Administrators    		 Enables administrators to control the use of the virtual advisor and the distribution and use of its knowledge and expertise. 

       Includes:    - 1 day of training in the use of the module

     SAVANT®.AIVA
     Advanced Intelligent Virtual  Advisor    		 Supports advanced features for knowledge management. Recommended for larger systems or where sophisticated interactions with users are required. 

       Includes:    - 2 days of training in the use of the Advanced Intelligent       Virtual Advisor
