Launch with the University of Technology, Sydney of SAVANT^® Flexible Power Learner, a new environment for courseware development and web-based flexible delivery. The application makes learning material easy and stimulating to access and use, and makes the learning experience more effective. It transforms learning systems into learning and on-the-job problem solving systems. It reduces the cost of producing learning and on-the-job problem solving systems as no programming is required to produce material. It supports the addition of new knowledge and the update of existing material in learning and on-the-job problem solving systems without programming or re-design.
